Class Schedule and Information

Winter 2022

All classes meet live via Zoom.  For registration information  and class fees, please see the recreation brochure. Classes begin the week of January 10 and end the week of March 28.

  • Lunchtime Yoga — Thursday,  12:30pm – 1:30pm.  A mixed level class offering a balanced practice of warm-ups, postures, yogic breathing, meditative awareness and relaxation, designed to stretch, strengthen and energize you. Greenbelt residents,$96.00, Non-residents, $106.00
  • Mindful Movement + Yoga Nidra —Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00PM. This class is designed as a gentle yoga experience that includes yogic breathing, flowing movements and static postures, ending with a 30 minute guided yoga nidra. $120.00 for Greenbelt residents, $130.00  for non-residents.
  • Yoga and Core Conditioning— Thursdays, 6:30-7:45. Develop strength, flexibility, balance, and well-being by combining yoga postures and breathing, mindful awareness and deep relaxation with toning and core strengthening movements. $120.00 for Greenbelt residents, $130.00 for non-residents.
